Who we are
Joshila Sheru makes short animated stories for children and publishes them on our own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram account. This policy covers those channels, this website, and the "Joshila Sheru uploader", the small application we use to publish our episodes.
YouTube API Services
The Joshila Sheru uploader uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
Information we access, and how we use it
The uploader is used only by the owner of the Joshila Sheru channel. With the owner's permission (Google sign-in, OAuth 2.0) it accesses only the owner's own YouTube account, to:
- upload our own episodes, with their titles, descriptions, tags, language and "made for kids" setting;
- set each episode's thumbnail and add it to our playlists;
- confirm which channel it is connected to.
It does not read, collect or store any other information: no viewer, subscriber, comment, analytics or personal data of anyone else. We do not use cookies, tracking or advertising on this website.
Sharing
We do not share, sell or transfer any data obtained through YouTube API Services to anyone.
Storage and deletion
The only thing the uploader stores is the sign-in token for the owner's own account, kept in a private file on the owner's computer and never sent anywhere else. It is deleted as soon as access is revoked or the tool is no longer used, and in any case within 30 days of a deletion request. Our uploaded videos stay on our channel until we delete them in YouTube Studio.
Revoking access
Access given to the uploader can be withdrawn at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
Children
Our videos are made for children, and our YouTube channel and every video are marked "made for kids". We do not collect any personal information from children (or from anyone) through our channels, this website or the uploader.
